Returning for the first time since their acclaimed 2019 album Foam, eclectic five-piece Divino Niño have dropped the phenomenal ‘Make Up My Mind’. The track is impossible to pin down: laid back jazz kicks things off, before harmony-laden melodies reminiscent of Level 42 and nods towards Latin American pop join the party. Halfway through, we switch to Spanish, and are seamlessly treated to few bars of beautifully produced hip-hop. They explain that the track is “about the darker side of love. Realising the value of something right at the verge of losing it. This is the first time we’ve ever had trumpet/sax in a song and it definitely enhances the sad beauty in it.” Be on the lookout for the band’s next album.  -Dan Peeke
